POSITION SUMMARY:

Process purchase orders.

Place orders/obtain bids for orders.

Review and process receiving documents for payment.

Reconcile payments using corporate VISA.

Work with Accounts Payable to ensure payment of invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma.

- Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Customer service skills.

- General office skills.
